PAC-12: NATIONAL VIEWER PROJECTION MODEL

Challenge

We needed to revamp how we projected national viewership numbers from what we got from Nielsen for several measured markets. We also wanted a simple, concise way to communicate the model to the team.

Solution

Create a quick infographic showing the steps the model uses, but go light on the text.

Outcome

Walking the broader team through the model using the graphic helped them understand the model faster. Some people pinned/taped the infographic to their wall/desk as a quick reminder when they needed it.
