Pac-12: PUT RESOURCES WHERE FANS ARE

Challenge:

Where should we prioritize resources when our main goals are to increase game viewership and fan engagement?

Solution:

I tracked fan traffic and discovered a few key areas, from a few key sources, that drove most of our numbers. 

Outcome:

We focused on what user behavior showed was the backbone of our site, event screens, schedules, live video. And we prioritized the phone view given that in some places 75% of our web traffic was on phones.
